| Album: Hail to the Thief* |
Merry Christmas! And for those of you, like myself, who do not celebrate Christmas, happy holidays! Considering that I have uploaded two other Thom Yorke/Radiohead posts, it's safe to say that I just might be on a little bit of a Radiohead kick for the past couple of weeks. It's justifiable because there isn't another band like them out there. I can't 100% say that this is my favorite album of theirs (since most of their stuff is amazing), but I can say that it's up there. For those of you unfortunate enough to not have discovered how awesome Radiohead is, this might be a good album for you to start with. Their use of experimental music and powerful/intriguing vocals have the power to draw in many different types of people. Although I'm not the kind of person who usually listens to a whole album at a time (I realize that many of you want to kill me right now for saying that), this album is definitely more intense and rewarding if you do. For those of you want to just check a couple of them out, here are some of my favorites-although every single track is amazing:
